How to Reserve a Room in Heritage Center

It’s easy to reserve an event space with Heritage Center for your Student Organization. Start by filling out the Event Room Reservation Request form on the Campus Portal.

Event Partnership with UD Student Organizations 


Student Organization provides financial support of a Live at Heritage Center event to enable free admission for all UD students to attend said event.


Perks for Organization:

  • Acknowledgement/Credit in all campus-related advance print promotion of event – season brochure, posters, table cards (napkin holders), etc.

  • Priority Seating: Opportunity to reserve/hold a block of seats for event in advance for your organization.

  • Opportunity for org visibility/exposure in conjunction with the event:

    • Acknowledgement/Credit in printed event program/playbill handed out to all audience members attending the event.

    • Opportunity for org rep(s) to deliver pre-show announcements and introduce the show.

    • Opportunity for org reps to serve as greeters welcoming audience members to the show.

    • Opportunity for org rep(s) to serve as emcee/host and assist in facilitating post-show Q&A with the performer(s) immediately following the performance.


  • Great team-building and social activity for your members to engage in an event which is directly tied to the mission of your organization.


  • Good PR and awareness building on campus for your organization. Possible new member recruitment may result through generating goodwill about your organization among fellow students as you have made it possible for them to attend this performance at no cost through a partnership with Live at Heritage Center.
